Marinated white shrimp grilled and served over cucumber and carrot "noodles" tossed in ginger peanut vinaigrette. It's like being in another country that's sunnier than ours currently is. $9

Organic greens, orange segments, ginger citrus vinaigrette,
goat cheese and candied walnuts. Assuredly, there is no nobler salad than a winter salad. $8

House made hummus served with grilled pita and fresh veggies with 11 Olives Meyer Lemon Olive Oil. You know how you love hummus but hate making it? We have you covered because we love you. $8
House made beef and Italian sausage meatballs tossed in our bourbon BBQ sauce.Our meatballs return to much applause. You don't have to really applaud, though. $7
House brined and fried to order: hot, sweet chile, bourbon BBQ or extra hot. Fancily delicious enough to eat with a pearl handled spoon. It would also be fun to watch you try doing that. $9

½ lb chuck patty, toasted bun, caramelized onions, dill pickle chips, fries. $10. Add cheese, bacon, avocado or sauteed mushrooms, $1.50. Sub chicken breast, $2. Sub garden burger, $1. We invented the burger. Please don't research that claim.
LIGHTS OUT BURGER*
The burger that's also a dare: ½ lb chuck patty, smoked ham, honey cured bacon, American cheese, fried egg and Tabasco aioli.
Served with our will-crushing tater tots. $15
Roast beef tenderloin, Amoroso roll, au jus, fries $13. Add cheddar, pepperjack, swiss or bleu cheese, $1. Add sauteed mushrooms, $1.50. Tender, flaky, melty, French fry-ey, delicious. Wait, not flaky. Just all the other things.
Four house meatballs smothered in our house marinara, sauteed mushrooms and Parmesan. Topped with hand made fried mozzarella, all between a garlic butter toasted bun. Served with Caesar salad $15. Because of this you no longer need to eat vitamin pills. Or, really, anything else.
GRILLED HAM & SWISS
Smoked ham piled high, melted swiss cheese and stone ground mustard spread, fries $10. Add fried egg for $1. Mustard ground with a stone is the Cadillac of mustards.

BOURBON WALNUT CHICKEN
Chicken breast, bourbon soaked walnuts, pineapple juice, soy sauce, bourbon and butter. Served with mashed potatoes. A puppy laughs every time you order this. Also, they cry when you don't. $14

Two chops grilled, spicy bourbon citrus glaze, jasmine rice,
green vegetable and sweet soy hoisin drizzle. Like a special Sunday dinner every night, only without the dishwashing commitment you

PORK CHILE VERDE
Tender chunks of pork shoulder braised in our secret verde sauce
and served with rice and hellish relish. If we've learned anything from TV chefs, it's that the secret ingredient is really "love."

House marinara, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread. Pairs well with a St. Basil and some napkins. $14
FRIED HALF CHICKEN
Served with mashed potatoes, Grandma's gravy and green vegetable. You'll want to steal the recipe, but don't; Grandma's wiry. $15
CHICKEN 'N BISCUIT
Oven roasted chicken in a savory sauce that includes the kinds of vegetables you don't hate and topped with a house made scratch biscuit. Fills your tummy space like a fluffy cloud…made of biscuits. $12

Sautéed white shrimp, white wine, garlic and cream. Served with garlic bread. See how we're slipping booze into the dish to make it even more delicious? Sneaky. $15
